BAF completed one of the UK’s biggest graphic projects, producing and installing all the visual communication graphics for the BBC’s new offices at MediaCityUK

Working with fit-out contractors Overbury and designers ID:SR, BAF produced a range of graphic solutions for  the BBC’s three buildings, incorporating digitally printed wallcoverings, intricate cut vinyl, and optically clear window films.

The project involved surveying over 800 wall surfaces, many of which required  being  seamlessly disguised behind the wallcoverings. Prior to production BAF produced artworks for every elevation to guarantee a high degree of accuracy in production and installation.

One key element of the project was an extensive graphic treatment of windows and glass surfaces within offices, meeting and facilities rooms. A combination of digitally printed optically clear film and a wide range of intricate cut vinyl designs were adopted to continue many of the chosen design themes.

The project took 10 months to complete and is an outstanding  example of BAF’s project management capabilities , matching quality purpose suited graphics with time critical deadlines.
