BAF prides itself on Project Management ensuring every project is carefully planned and that quality is maintained throughout all the work we undertake.

Our Project Managers have extensive experience in understanding our clients requirements and are able to recommend solutions that deliver on our clients brief, deadlines and budgets. Contact is maintained with the client prior to, throughout and after production and with other trades as necessary, in order to ensure the smooth running of the project and minimum disruption to the client.

All work produced is inspected at each stage and is signed off by the Production Manager against the project brief, original artwork and approved samples. All goods receive their final inspection prior to dispatch.

Our Project Management does not just stop at production as we will ensure installation is successfully managed by our first class team.
